The court heard oral argument from the parties on the Finance Committee’s motion requesting authority to make Premium Payments on January 31, 2012. As anticipated, the court did not rule on the motion at the hearing. The matter is now under consideration by the court. We do not know when the court will issue a ruling. As soon as an order is entered, we will send out a newsletter and update our website with the information.
